Unfortunately our warehouse is not set up for customer pick up. All orders must be shipped out due to inventory control. However, if you want to contact our store to see if they have what you are looking for they can be reached at 1-586-445-0611. They are located in St. Clair Shores, Michigan.

Could you throw in some free stuff like stickers with my order?
We would love to give our customers free stuff, however we unfortunately can't. If we were to give one person something free, everyone would start asking for it. It isn't fair to give away free stuff to one customer and not another.

How long will the order take to get to me?
UPS ground takes anywhere from 3-7 business days. Canada Post shipping will take anywhere from 10-17 business days. It depends on where you are located in relation to us. We ship all orders out of Michigan.

I seen an item on Ebay, but it isnt on your website. Can you add it on to my order for me?
Unfortunately our Ebay store and our website are two completely different things and we can not merge items or orders from Ebay on to the website. We apologize if this has caused you any inconvenience.

If you are looking at an item on the website that doesnt have an order button next to it, it means we are out of stock on the item. As soon as the item is back in stock for us it will become available to you again with an order button.

Yes all of our trucks come in pairs, and our wheels come in sets.

After I pay, when will my item ship out?
Most orders will ship within 24-48 business hours (this doesnt include weekends or holidays). Canada orders will ship within 10-14 business days, due to the fact we take the orders over the border ourselves in Windsor.

Do your boards come assembled?
With the exception of longboards and old school completes all of our boards come unassembled. However you will be given the option to have your board assembled by us for an additional fee.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
We only charge sales tax on orders shipping within our state, which is Michigan.

I changed my mind. How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your order there are a few stipulations. First the cost of shipping the item back to us is the customers responsibility. If it is a skateboard, it MUST be unassembled and never used. If it is clothing it must never have been worn. If you would like to send the item back for exchange, the cost of reshipping is also the customers responsibility. If you would like to return the item for a refund you will be refunded for the product less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Please make sure that you contact us before sending the order back so we are aware of the return.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do offer expedited shipping within the US. When you go through checkout the shipping options with there corresponding prices. If the option for whatever shipping you want is not listed we unfortunately do not offer.

Where do you ship to?
Unfortunately through our website we only ship within the US and to Canada. If you do not live in either of these places, you can find our products through ebay as well. We ship to anywhere in the world from our Ebay store.
